Itinerary
Departing from Toronto in the morning, we will drive north to the city of Sudbury. Stopping first at Science North, the city’s museum of science and technology; here, we can enjoy all the museum has to offer, including the Butterfly Gallery and an interactive movie Wildfires! A Firefighting Adventure in 4D. Afterwards, we will visit the Big Nickel, a monument to the city’s nickel-mining industry. We will leave Sudbury and make our way to Sault Ste. Marie, where we will stay overnight.

Itinerary
In the morning, we will travel to Agawa Canyon Park, one of Canada’s most scenic areas of maple trees, onboard the fabled Agawa Canyon Tour Train. For decades the Canyon Tour has been a favourite way for fall 'leaf peepers' to experience some of the most spectacular fall colour in North America. View ancient landscapes and the breathtaking fall foliage through the large windows of our refurbished coaches. As we explore the area, we will have a chance to visit the Bridal Veil Falls and the Black Bear Falls. In the evening, we will return to Sault Ste. Marie for overnight.

Itinerary
From Sault Ste. Marie, we will travel to another famous site for fall colours, Gravenhurst, where Dr. Norman Bethune was born and where his family's home was located. We will embark the Segwun Steamship to cruise the Muskoka Lakes. (seasonal) Segwun steamship is the oldest operating steam driven vessel in North America, built in 1887. As we cruise on the Muskoka Lakes, we will pass by Millionaire’s Row, a stretch of shoreline famous for grand summer homes, many dating back to the turn of the century.In the evening, tour disbands upon returning to Toronto.

Day 1 Toronto - Sudbury 386km (4hrs) - Sault Ste. Marie 315km (3hrs 35mins)

 

 

Departfrom Toronto in the morning, pass-bythe beautiful the maple forest area on the way; we will reach the treasure depot of Ontario – the city of Sudbury. We will visit Science North after lunch (Fee applied). Attractions in the Science North include 3Dmovie,the Butterfly Conservatory and many other Historical Artifacts like Whale Fossil, Animal and plant specimens. We will then visitthe largest coin in the world – the Big Nickel. You can buy some souvenirs in the gift shop afterward. By evening, we will settle in a hotel in Sault Ste. Marie.

 

Day 2 Sault Ste. Marie - Agawa Canyon 1.3km (5mins) - Sudbury 315km (3hrs 35mins)

 

 

After breakfast, head towards the Train station, which is only 600m away from the hotel, after that, board theAgawa Canyon tour train (Fee applied). We will pass-byEssar Steel Algoma and we will reach the scenic spot of Agawa Grand Canyon while having quick lunch in the train. You'll have 1.5 hours of free time there and you may take your time walking through the scenic railroad tracks and mountain trails, going up to the Observatory Platform, overlookingthe panoramic view of the canyon and the Bridal Veil Falls inmaple leafs. After the free time, the train will lead us through the tranquil villages that are concealed inshades of maple leaves and then we will be back in Sudbury.

 

Day 3 Sudbury - Algonquin Provincial Park 251km (3hrs 15mins)- Toronto 269km (3hrs 30mins)

 

After breakfast, we will proceed to the largest Provincial Park of Ontario – the Algonquin Provincial Park. Tour through several exhibits and museums and observe the life ofwildanimals such as black bear, moose, beaver and rabbit on the weather proof observation deck. You can walk along different trails to experience the magnificent viewof the natural.(If there is severe traffic in Algonquin Provincial Park, we will visit Dorset Lookout Tower instead) We will get back to Toronto in the evening.
